These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Punto Pesca app ("the app").
By using the app you accept these terms.
1. SERVICE
Punto Pesca is a collaborative platform where anglers share fish sightings, water
conditions, and tide/wind data. The app is free.
2. ACCOUNT
You need an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your credentials
safe and for activity under your account.
3. USER CONTENT
You are responsible for content you publish (pins, photos, notes). Do not publish
illegal, offensive, false content or anything that infringes third-party rights. We
reserve the right to remove content and suspend non-compliant accounts.
By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display,
distribute and process that content within the app.
4. COMMUNITY INFORMATION
Pins and data are contributed by other users. Accuracy is NOT guaranteed. Verification
is indicative: it does NOT replace your own judgment. You are solely responsible for
decisions made with this information, including navigation and water safety.
5. THIRD-PARTY DATA
Wind and tide data come from Windyty SE. There may be latency or errors. Confirm with
official sources for critical operations.
6. PROHIBITIONS
You may not:
• Scrape the app in an automated fashion.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the app for illegal activities (including fishing in restricted zones or of
protected species).
• Overload our servers or bypass technical limitations.
7. CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or parts of it at any time. Terms may
change; the date at the top reflects the latest version.
8. DISCLAIMER
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee accuracy,
continuity, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by
law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.
9. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by the laws of the owner's place of residence, without prejudice to consumer
rights in your jurisdiction.
